What purity are your peptides?
Every batch we release comes in at 99% purity or better — HPLC-confirmed. Per batch, mind you: the number on that batch’s COA, not a slogan plastered across the site. Tests below spec? We don’t sell it. Simple as that.
How is peptide identity confirmed?
Mass spectrometry. Here’s the difference: HPLC tells you how pure it is, mass spec tells you the molecule in the vial is genuinely the one on the label. We put both results on the batch COA.
How do I verify my batch?
Take the batch number off your vial label and pop it into our Test Results page. Nothing comes up? Talk to us first, before you use it. Don’t guess.
Are your peptides for human use?
No — lab research only. In vitro, full stop. So no — not for people, not for animals, and definitely not for diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing anything.
In what form are peptides supplied?
It’s lyophilised powder — freeze-dried — in vacuum-sealed vials. Unless a product page says otherwise, that’s the form. Liquids and sprays say so right in their titles.
How should I store my peptides?
Sealed vials go in the freezer, −20°C, out of the light. Reconstituted? Fridge, 2–8°C, and use it within whatever period the product page gives.
How do I reconstitute a lyophilised peptide?
Most compounds go into bacteriostatic water — we’ve got 3ml and 10ml vials in Aminos & Liquids. A few hydrophobic ones need acetic acid instead — the product page will say which. Trickle it slowly down the vial wall, give it a gentle swirl, and whatever you do, don’t shake it.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yep — Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland and more, plus the UK. Most arrive in 5–10 business days, and everything’s fully tracked. See Shipping to Europe.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes — tracked, and typically there in 5–8 business days. Customs can tack on another 1–3 days, and any duties are yours to cover.
What are your shipping times in the US?
Get your order in before 12:00 PM MST and we’ll ship it that same business day. Stateside, delivery’s usually 2–5 business days.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain box, nothing branded on the outside, tracking emailed the moment it leaves us. And Shipping Protection? Included by default, every order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Secure checkout — use whatever payment options show up there. We’ll email your order confirmation and tracking straight after.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Drop us a line within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date — photos of the damage help a lot. Claims run under our Shipping Protection terms and the Refunds & Returns Policy.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, yes — that’s covered by the Refunds & Returns Policy. Opened, no: once a research chemical’s been opened we can’t take it back. Safety and quality, plain and simple.
What size should I order — 5mg, 10mg, or larger?
Honestly? Depends how long your protocol runs and what concentration you’re working at. Every vial size is on the product page, and for longer studies the multi-vial packs — 10, 15, 20 vials — work out cheaper per vial.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Multi-vial packs discount themselves at checkout. And if your lab’s ordering on the regular, talk to us — we’ll sort wholesale terms.
Can your team advise on research protocols or dosing?
No. We’ll help with specs, paperwork, availability and shipping all day long. But protocol design? That’s your lab’s call.
